Who offers the card
Every loyalty card on NFCeez belongs to a business, such as a café, a restaurant, a salon or a shop. The business offers the programme, sets the reward and the rules and is your contractual partner; it owes you the rewards you earn. NFCeez provides the card technically but does not offer the programme. Stamps and rewards from different businesses are never combined.
The terms of your card
Each business publishes its own terms of participation with the reward, number of stamps, participating locations, duration and privacy notice. You find them before joining on the business's loyalty card under “Terms of participation” and at any time at nfceez.de/loyalty/[business]/bedingungen. By joining you accept that business's terms.
What applies to every card
Anyone aged 16 or over can take part. Taking part is free and voluntary; each person has one card per business.
The team confirms stamps for purchases and services when you pay, by scanning the personal QR code on your card. The number of stamps needed for a reward does not change while a programme runs. Further stamps count towards the next reward, and earned rewards keep their content.
If a programme ends, the end date appears on the card at least 30 days in advance. Earned rewards remain redeemable for 30 days afterwards. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
You receive news and offers from a business only with your separate consent; you can withdraw it on your card at any time.
You can delete your card yourself at any time. Cards not used for 24 months are deleted automatically together with their stamps and unredeemed rewards.
Privacy
The business is the controller for your card's data; NFCeez processes it on the business's behalf (/avv). Signing in by email code, which opens your cards with different businesses, is run by NFCeez as its own controller. Details are in the privacy notice of each card and in section 7 of the privacy policy (/datenschutz).
