These legal pages set no cookies and store nothing on your device. Fonts and styles are loaded from nfceez.de.
Smart Page statistics
Smart Pages count views and link clicks without cookies and without storing or reading information on your device. That is why Smart Pages show no cookie banner. For each page view a random identifier exists only in the browser's memory; it disappears when the page is closed or reloaded. The page, time, source (NFC, QR code or direct), for direct visits the platform the visit came from (such as Instagram, Google or WhatsApp), the kind of device (iPhone or iPad, Android or computer) and the clicked link are transmitted. The nfceez.de server derives the platform and the kind of device from the requested address, the referring page and the browser identifier that every browser sends with a page request anyway; only one word for each is stored, neither the referring address nor the browser identifier nor the IP address. On a Smart Page's menu, NFCeez also counts for the business which dishes guests open and what they search for. Stored are the opened dish or the search word in lower case, whether the search found anything, the time and the random identifier of the page view. Search words that look like an e-mail address, a link or a phone number are not stored. The business only sees a search word once at least three different visits have searched for it. These entries are deleted after 90 days. NFCeez produces these statistics on behalf of the respective business (/avv).
Loyalty card: guest access
When you sign up for a business's loyalty card, your browser stores an access key in localStorage under nfceez.loyalty.<business-id> so you can open your card later without signing in again. This entry is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Access is valid for 180 days; after that you sign in again with an email code. You can delete the entry in your browser at any time.
Language choice
If you choose a language on a Smart Page (DE or EN), your browser stores this choice in localStorage under tapkarte.lang. The entry is only created by your choice and serves only to keep it (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
NFCeez Business app
The app stores on your iPhone the sign-in session in Keychain, whether the app lock with Face ID, Touch ID or iPhone passcode is set up and after how long it applies, and display preferences such as the last selected location. If you allow notifications, Apple issues a device token that we store to deliver account notifications. The app stores no biometric data; the operating system performs the check. These entries are strictly necessary for the functions you use (section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
No third-party advertising or tracking
NFCeez does not embed third-party advertising or analytics services on nfceez.de, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, and does not record sessions. A Smart Page loads content only from nfceez.de and from the NFCeez database at Supabase (as checked on 6 October 2026).
Your choices
You can delete stored entries in your browser at any time; you will then need to sign in to the loyalty card again and choose the language again. Deleting in the browser does not delete data on the server. Privacy requests: privacy@nfceez.de.
