Function
Where enabled, NFCeez assists with extraction from menu photos or PDFs, translation and text enrichment. Selected content is sent to OpenAI. Results are drafts for review. Item images come from uploads; AI image generation is not part of this described function.
Reach summary
In Reach, the AI writes a short sentence that explains in plain words where the visits to your Smart Page come from. Only totals are sent to OpenAI for this, no information about individual guests. The sentence may only contain numbers that come from your data; otherwise the app shows a fixed sentence. The summary describes numbers and is not advice. Likewise, in the loyalty card statistics the AI explains how often your members come back. Only totals of the loyalty card are sent for this; the text names no amounts of money and may only contain numbers from your data.
Review before publication
AI may misread or invent numbers, language, ingredients and relationships. Check every result against actual products and reliable source data. Allergens, intolerances and dietary statements must not be inferred from missing information. Resolve unknowns with competent review. An automatically suggested label is not safety evidence.
The merchant decides publication and remains responsible for its statements. This does not exclude NFCeez’s own duties. The function is not legal, nutritional or medical advice. Contract wording does not replace safe product design.
Inputs and rights
You need necessary rights to files, images, marks and text. Avoid unnecessary personal data and sensitive information. Transmission is limited to the selected function’s needs. Roles, provider terms, retention and transfers must be settled through the privacy information and DPA.
Outputs and limitations
You may use outputs within agreed rights while respecting third-party rights and mandatory law. Neither uniqueness nor creation or complete transfer of exclusive copyright is guaranteed. Others may receive similar outputs. Statutory claims for NFCeez’s own breaches are not generally excluded.
Misuse and correction
Unlawful or dangerous use may be restricted under the terms. Report material errors to support@nfceez.de and promptly correct or remove affected published statements. Plan usage limits apply only as specifically agreed. There are currently no fixed AI quotas per plan; NFCeez limits usage technically to prevent misuse and disproportionate cost. AI results are published only after the business has reviewed and approved them.
